Victory Family Church wants to celebrate single moms! They are such an inspiration. They play many roles, including comforter, disciplinarian, chef, teacher, coach, nurse, people mover, MOM, and more. Single moms really do it all!

Thank you for signing up to honor these moms on this special day. Volunteers for this event are not required to attend the Get to Know class since this is a one-time serving opportunity.

In order to give our moms some privacy, we ask that the male volunteers serve outside on the Valet or Car Detail Teams.

Since we are offering childcare to our single moms, we will not be able to provide childcare for volunteers. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes. Children ages 10 and up are allowed to serve at this event.

Volunteers will be served a light breakfast before the Volunteer Rally at 9 am. Thank you for signing up to serve on May 4th!

Please read a description of the volunteer teams and then select the team you would like to serve on below

 

Car Washing - This team uses power washers, buckets of water and soap, and muscle to scrub these cars as clean as a whistle!

Car Detailing - This team vacuums the carpets and seats, wipes down the interior hard surfaces, and washes the windows.

Car Drying - This team drys the outside of the car and inspects it to ensure it is in top condition before returning it to the valet for parking.

Set Up - This team serves the Thursday and Friday before SMDOP (May 2nd and 3rd) from 9am-3pm to help get the building ready to serve these moms!

Valet/Concierge - These volunteers help with transporting cars and making sure that moms are on the list before entering the building. 

Check-In - This team is key to ensuring that moms and kids are informed and comfortable about where to go. You will help check in moms and their children as they arrive for their appointment times. 

Lunch - This team helps to prepare, serve, and clean lunch for all our moms!

Spa and Lounge team - This team will serve moms in a hands-on way. You may be a part of several different services for these moms. Including setting up and maintaining the lounge area for moms as they wait for their appointment time. 

Chaperone - This position leads and guides a group of ladies around through their rotations day. You have the opportunity to really bond and minister to this group

Childcare—This team helps to take care of the kids of our single moms while they have a relaxing day! The kids are ages 0-12 y/o. The older kids will have a fun day of inflatables, face painting, and pizza.
